About Me

The Non-Judgmental Vegan: Tacoma, WASHINGTON, United States; I'm a 45+ year old mom of four, a flight attendant, realtor with a crazy background. I've been a police officer, fire fighter, fitness competitor (won my pro card with the WBFF in 2012), and personal trainer. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Sports Performance, and Fitness Nutritional Specialist and trained both with the military & civilians. I’ve been involved in the fitness industry as a personal trainer for over 20+ years, and have always been passionate about helping others. I've tried just about every diet/lifestyle to try to obtain my fitness goals, but found the vegan/plant based lifestyle the easiest and more aligns with the way I want to live my life. While I understand not everyone wants to live a vegan lifestyle, I'd like to show you it's not as hard as you think and hey, if following this blog helps you eat less animals and more plants, than it's a win for me!!
